Information for participants

Conference participants are required to register using registration form. After closing the registration of participants, information with the complete program will be sent to them (approx. 09/30/2024). 

Travel, accommodation and meals are covered by the broadcasting library (or the costs are borne by the individual participant). As part of the deposit, the organizers ensure: 

• refreshments during the conference
• lunch – 15/10/2024 (in the case of registration via a separate form sent after closing of registration/full capacity) 
• participation in a social dinner associated with a raffle
• guided tour of the city of Košice 
• free or discounted entrance fees in cultural partner institutions (Východoslovenská gallery, Košice cultural centers – K13, Východoslovenské museum, Memorial exhibition of Sándor Marai)
