In librarianship and information practice, use cross-sector penetration, thanks to which we can more easily achieve the set goals. Create conditions for continuous education of librarians and information workers with a focus on current trends. In addition to the continuous education of stable employees, pay increased attention to newly hired employees in the field of librarianship and information science at all levels of management or professional areas (KIS, bibliography, computerization, cataloging, etc.). In the case of the implementation and introduction of new technologies (artificial intelligence, virtual reality, etc.), it is necessary to take into account generally valid ethical principles in each individual area, or actively participate in their creation.
